Salary: £37,581 to £44,355 per annum

We are looking for an Assessment Project Manager to join our team.

You will help us to deliver world-leading assessments by project managing multiple assessment cycles running concurrently. You will work across teams to ensure the delivery of assessments is efficient and to the highest standard.

As the Assessment Project Manager, you will:

  • Create and manage the project plan for each assessment cycle, incorporating relevant contractual requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear communication about progress of the assessments.

  • Support the Business Change Manager and Strategic Contracts and Business Change Director with reporting on progress against project plans.

  • Actively identify and manage risks within the project, involving the appropriate stakeholders where required.

  • Maintain any other project related documentation as required to manage plans, risks, issues, tasks etc. as appropriate, including our lessons learned log.

  • Support other projects within Kaplan as required.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Previous project management experience.

  • Relevant qualifications in project management is desirable (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).

  • Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Enthusiasm and a team-centric attitude.

  • Experience of using Smartsheets is desirable.

  • Experience in the assessment or professional training sector (desirable).
