About the roleOversee a successful team to effectively manage disrepair and complex issuesEnsure the effective and consistent management of contracts for asset investment Work with other departments to address and implement actions that will reduce casesAnalyse and use data intelligently and effectively to review links and improve stock conditionWork in collaboration with the Asset Strategy Team to ensure all asset investment activity and works undertaken is in accordance with the wider objectivesBe responsible for budgetary control of all of the investment programme’s being delivered across the projects. Deliver asset investment programme of works and services to leaseholders and tenants
