Assistant Accountant - Venture Recruitment Partners : Job Details

I'm recruiting for a Assistant Accountant, early in their studies to join a dynamic global finance team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation of monthly journals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Deliver accurate, timely month-end reporting across multiple international entities
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to streamlining finance functions
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure financial accuracy

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree or 2+ years' finance experience, ideally started studying / part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in month-end close processes and financial controls
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and adaptable to a changing environment

Salary & Benefits:
