Assistant Accountant - Asterley Clarke : Job Details

This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a global high end design business in Weybridge Surrey on a one year contract starting in January 2025.

As the Senior Finance Assistant, you will be an integral part of the finance team providing crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of finance.

Primary responsibilities:

• Managing and processing supplier payment runs efficiently and sending client invoices.
• Following up on outstanding client payments.
• Posting invoices in using Sage
• Verifying and recording client payments received.
• Reconciling orders .
• Managing and maintaining trade accounts.
• Handling and sending invoices.
• Tracking employee holiday requests and balances
• Reviewing and reimbursing employee expenses

The successful candidate will possess solid accounting experience ideally AAT or similar and be an outstanding communicator to work with high end clients. This is an energetic dynamic busy environment where you are highly rewarded for your work.
