We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our team.

We are looking for an Assistant Accountant to join our Finance department, you will be a part of KLG’s London-based accounting team, providing accounting support to the Senior Financial Accountant.

As an Assistant Accountant you will:

• Provide support to the team with monthly intercompany reconciliations.

• Work with the Accounts Payable team to ensure invoices are processed correctly.

• Provide assistance with monthly prepayments AEL, AILA, AILS.

• Provide assistance with monthly accruals (Basware, Concur, IT and others).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently studying to become a qualified Accountant, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably inclusive of accounting modules.

• AAT qualifications or early stages of ACCA.

• Previous experience working for large corporation.

• Previous experience in accounting team.

• Intermediate Excel knowledge (V Lookups, pivot tables, sumif, index, data manipulation…).

• High attention to detail.

• Systematic and organised approach.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
