Assistant Accountant - RG Consultancy Ltd : Job Details

RG Consultancy are proud to be working with an organisation based in Blackburn who are looking to add an Assistant Accountant into their small, friendly team.

Reporting to and working alongside the Management Accountant this Assistant Accountant role would be responsible for supporting the finance team on a long term project, as well as general finance duties including:

• Assisting with the management accounts
• Assisting with accruals and prepayments
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support PL and SL duties
• BACs payment runs
• VAT and CIS returns
• Payroll support for sites
• Assist with continual improvement and development of IT systems and accounting processes
