Assistant Accountant - The Niche Partnership : Job Details

• Supporting the month-end process, including handling rebates, prepayments, accruals, and posting journals
• Assisting with the preparation of balance sheets and P&L statements
• Helping with the preparation of financial reports and ensuring accuracy across all ledgers
• Assisting with the Purchase Ledger and assisting with the Sales Ledger
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting with projects
• Supporting the Finance Manager with ad-hoc tasks and financial analysis as required

What you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant / Assistant Accountant / Assistant Management Accountant / Junior Accountant / Finance Officer
• Good Excel knowledge, including VLookups and Pivot tables
• A desire to grow in the role and gain exposure to other areas of accounts
