Assistant Accountant required for a family-owned company with a team committed to creating supportive environments, where they can help each other deliver the highest level of support to their clients.

This is a newly created role due to growth/business demands and would suit an Accounts Assistant looking to progress/develop their current skills and experience and will give progression.

Reporting to the Financial Controller duties will include:

• Bank reconciliations.
• Purchase ledger reconciliation/payment runs.
• Maintaining the sales ledgers.
• Credit card reconciliations.
• Collating timesheets.
• Analysis.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

This search is not limited to any industry. Previous experience is essential.

• The successful candidate will be studying AAT.
• Experience of Sage is essential.
• Attention to detail/accuracy is essential.
• The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines is required.
• You must be computer literate with working knowledge of Excel.
