Our client is currently seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join their close-knit team in the Norwich area. This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a Senior Sales Negotiator or a Valuer looking to step up!

They are looking to offer the successful Assistant Branch Manager:

• Basic salary will be up to £25,000 
• Realistic OTE of up to £40,000 (Uncapped)
• Full support from the Director
• Career progression

The role of an Assistant Branch Manager will involve:

• Successfully negotiating offers
• Arrange and attend viewings
• Cross-selling
• Conducting valuations when needed
• Sales Progression
• Assist in managing the team
• Driving the business forward
• Provide excellent customer service

The successful Assistant Branch Manager will have:

• Experience working as a Senior Negotiator or Manager
• Strong customer service skills
• Driven and passionate about property
• Friendly approach
• Team player
• Must be highly self-motivated
• A driving license
