Assistant Building Services Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an Assistant Building Services Manager (Assistant M&E Manager) to support our high-performing preconstruction teams across the Midlands. Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will work alongside our preconstruction team and carry out technical reviews of tender documents, liaise with the estimating team and adjust designs accordingly, support supply chain coordination and play a part in overseeing all service handovers between the preconstruction and delivery team to ensure a technically and contractually compliant services tender. This is an exciting role which will see you working across several projects simultaneously and be the go-to MEP expert for your projects.The successful candidate will be based out of our Birmingham office and will cover projects across the East and West Midlands. With a hybrid working arrangement you'll spend 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
