Preferred Requirements:
- Assist in the mobilisation and management of the Kangaroo Works site.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, shaping strong resident engagement strategies.
- Market Kangaroo Works through social media, networking, and local community events.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring contractor activities.
- Oversee smooth transitions of vacant apartments, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educated to NVQ Level 3 and/or GCSE Level 9 - 5 standard or equivalent; possessing 'A' level(s) is a plus.
- Experience in a similar role within BTR or PBSA sectors.
- Adept in property lettings and management with a proactive, can-do attitude.
