Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 Hours

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join and support our growing Strategic Land team, based within the Tamworth office.

Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will coordinate and identify land opportunities and proposals for submission to landowners/agents for the promotion of residentially led strategic land with the aim to achieve acquisition at the earliest opportunity that is viable and deliverable.

Assisting in developing the Strategic Land Strategy by advising on regional requirements, planning policy amendments and housing need and supply matters in target areas, you’ll also source strategic land opportunities in line with the acquisition strategy, including undertaking land searches.

You will have previous experience in a similar role, with experience in securing Land Agreements coupled with knowledge of the UK Residential Property Market and Planning Frameworks / Legislation. You will also be RTPI or RICS Qualified. You’ll be competent in Microsoft Office with a good understanding of Health and Safety (including CDM relating to design).
