Assistant eCommerce Manager - Digital Tonic : Job Details

Are you passionate about creating exceptional online experiences? Do you have a proven track record in eCommerce and strong expertise in website user experience (UX)? If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re working with a beautiful retail brand in Cheltenham, as they look for their next Assistant eCommerce Manager.

This brand has achieved significant growth over recent years, with international expansion in the US. You will be responsible for the UK and US Shopify websites from a UX perspective.

This is a varied role in which you will be responsible for managing the relationship with the development agency, maintenance of the back-end of the websites, ensuring stock levels are correct for the front-end of the website, and promptly spotting website issues and raising tickets. Working as part of the wider eCommerce team, you will have regular contact with the Founder of the business as you will be the website representative, whilst working closely with the Front-End Assistant eCommerce Manager on a daily basis.

• At least 2 years’ experience in an eCommerce role, with significant focus on UX and website management
• Experience working with eCommerce website platforms such as Shopify and/or Magento
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation

Depending on experience, there is a salary of £35k on offer. The working pattern in this company is 4 days a week in the office, and 1 day WFH. There’s a huge amount of career progression and development on offer here.
