Mitchell Adam are currently looking for an adaptable and analytical Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our trailblazing retail client, based near Redditch. Due to the growth of multiple divisions, and this commercial team, it has never been a more exciting time to join the business and be able to progress in the role.

As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will be getting fantastic exposure reporting directly into a Qualified BP in a specialised commercial function. You will be assisting the Finance Analysts in the cleaning up of big data in order to construct reports, put together month end management packs, and take your crucial findings out and learn how to assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.

Skills Needed

• Be a highly motivated individual studying for your CIMA or ACCA, and looking to progress.
• Have the ability to analyse large data sets, and extract information from a P&L.
• Be of an adequate skill level on Excel, and its desirable you know how to use PowerBI.
• Be a very confident communicator, as you will be liaising with multiple external stakeholders, such as the commercial managers.
