Assistant Finance Manager - Reed : Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Finance Manager to join a busy head office based in Yate.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied environment, possesses excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, and is always ready to support the key stakeholders in the business.

Please note this is an office-based role.

Duties include:

• Provide customer and supplier credit checks.
• Support the weekly cash flow forecast.
• Prepare and enter journals into Sage.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and other nominal ledger control account reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of management accounts and month-end duties.

About you:

• Experience with management accounts preparation
• Ability to prioritise workload with a hands-on approach
• Previous experience covering sales and purchase ledger
• Commitment to excellence, flexible and comfortable under pressure
