A fast growing business based in Crewe are recruiting a Part Qualified Assistant Finance Manager to join their growing finance function.

A well established company operating in the construction sector, are looking for an ambitious part qualified accountant to join their finance team.

Description

Recently undergone significant investment, this is a fantastic time to be joining this growing business. This is a newly created role, suitable for a candidate studying ACCA/CIMA who is looking to progress.. I am looking for someone with a strong month end background and a brilliant attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Management Accounts, reporting & forecasting
• Reviewing performance vs budget/forecast
• Assisting with the Budget & forecast process
• Cash forecasting
• Monthly intercompany reconciliations
• Supporting the internal & external monthly reporting process
• Liaising with the auditors as part of the audit process
• Preparing financial analysis & providing support on an ad-hoc finance projects

Profile

A successful Assistant Finance Manager should have:

• Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA - Essential
• Have recent knowledge of working in a Management Accounts role - Essential
• Excellent communication and leadership skills - Essential
• Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
