Assistant Financial Accountant

£30k - £35k + Study Support

Halliday Marx have partnered with an exciting media company seeking an assistant financial accountant on a permanent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial reporting
• Support quarterly withholding tax returns
• Support cash flow forecasting
• Assist in treasury related month-end reconciliations
• Support of preparing and filing of quarterly VAT returns
• Support the self-billing process
• Support the preparation and submission of overseas companies corporation tax returns
• Maintain tax compliance process documents

ABOUT YOU

• Actively working towards a professionally recognised accounting qualification
• Experience working in a commercial finance department
• Experience dealing with tax at an operational level
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
