Assistant Financial Accountant - Castlefield Recruitment : Job Details

A dynamic and progressive organisation within Leeds, who are going through a significant period of sustained growth are seeking to add an Assistant Financial Accountant to their team. The role:

• Assist with the production of statutory accounts in compliance with regulations
• Ensure the organisation is compliant and up to date with all relevant financial standards and practices
• Review coding and associated financial reporting in relation to budgets, KPIs and Statement of Accounts
• Assist with external and internal audits
• Liaise with Finance colleagues and colleagues from across the business to ensure delivery of corporate and financial outcomes in line with prompt deadlines

The person:

• You will be a CCAB qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or studying towards
• Demonstrable experience of exposure to statutory accounts
• Be able to demonstrate effective written and presentation skills, with an ability to produce concise and meaningful reports.
