Assistant Management Accountant - Ferndown - £30-35K - Bond Williams : Job Details

An Assistant Management Accountant is being recruited for a growing entrepreneurial group of diverse companies based in the Ferndown area. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be working in a small team and have responsibility for:

• Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, month end and year end closing
• Managing accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assisting with managing inventory accounts, including reconciling stock accounts
• Preparing the monthly payroll
• Variance analysis between actuals, budgets and forecasts
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns including intrastat reporting
• Assisting with external and internal audits

Suitable CandidateExperience in FMCG, retail or wholesaleACCA or CIMA part qualifiedStrong Excel skills and good proficiency in accounting softwareStrong analytical and problem solving skills and attention to detailThis is a really great opportunity for someone studying to get a wide range of experience in a growing company.
