Assistant Management Accountant - In2 Consult : Job Details

IN2Consult / Assistant Management Accountant / 6 month FTC / up to £45,000 pa / Hybrid / Part Qualified / Media /Whitechappel 

IN2Consult are working with a well established media company who are on the lookout for an assistant management accountant to join their team for the next 6 months. For this role they can offer up to £45,000 pa (pro-rata) & you will get two days of remote working per week. Please see below the responsibilities & skillset required -

Responsibilities -

• Month End Ledger Close – Closing all ledgers (Sales, Purchase, General Ledger) including revaluation journals.

• Preparing aged debtors reconciliation and working with Production Finance and Corporate Finance teams on status of aged balances.

• Checking bank reconciliations.
• Preparing Fixed Asset reconciliation.
• Reviewing of inter-production reconciliations with productions.
• Preparing VAT reconciliation and investigate and correct all reconciling items.
• Facilitating various company recharges to/from production on a periodic basis.
• Preparing Quarterly VAT returns.
• Participating in ad hoc management information data preparation.
• Supporting senior accountants with process improvements and month-end close.
• Contributing to shortening month-end close processes.

Beneficial Skills -

• Part qualified. 
• Excellent level of communication.
• Strong MS Excel skills.
• 2 years experience in a similar role.
