Assistant Management Accountant - Page Personnel Finance : Job Details

The role requires someone who has good understanding of management accounts and have had exposure to both budgeting and month end.

We would be keen to hear from people that have worked within the logistics industry as this is a very operational role involving lots of stakeholder management and relationship building

Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Conduct variance analysis and provide financial reporting
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders around this business
• Ad hoc reporting
• Aid in the development of financial reports for forecasting and results analysis
• Collaborate with wider finance team and other departments

Profile

A successful Assistant Management Accountant should have:

• A minimum AAT qualification, may have started studying towards ACCA or CIMA
• Strong excel skills
• Strong reporting skills
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Confident in building relationships around the business
• The ability to work well in a team environment
