If you are looking to take the next step up into an Assistant Management Accountant position then this role is for you. The roleThe duties of the Assistant Management Accountant will include:

• Assist the Management Accountant in ensuring the accuracy of the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet for the UK.
• Assist during month-end process for accruals / prepayments and review of resulting profit / loss account and balance sheet positions,
• Assist with the product costing of manufactured parts
• Month end sales reporting and analysis,
• Provide assistance with month end reporting data,
• Assist with month-end variance analysis to budget and forecast,
• Daily product costing process, 
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for key General Ledger accounts, 
• Responsible for preparation and distribution of monthly KPIs,
• Assist with annual budget setting process,
• Assistance to wider teams in carrying out annual stock count, asset audit and annual cost standard setting processes,
• Other ad hoc duties where required. Support across Finance department

The PersonThe requirements for the Assistant Management Accountant role are:

• AAT qualified or early stages ACCA/CIMA
• Ambitious individual who is keen to learn
• Analytical thinking and problem solving with the ability to see root cause
• Highly IT literate with strong Microsoft Excel Skills and ERP systems
