Assistant Management Accountant - Page Personnel Finance : Job Details

An Assistant Management Accountant is required to assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide insights for decision-making in an Industrial / Manufacturing setting. A team member in the Accounting & Finance department, the successful candidate will possess the necessary skills to analyse financial data, perform cost accounting tasks, and assist in budgeting processes.

Description

• Assist with monthly reports and distribute to Senior Managers (management accounts, KPI's, flash sales, productivity)
• Maintenance of Balance Sheet accounts to audit level standard
• Prepare and post monthly prepayments, accruals and internal re-charges
• Assist with budgets and forecasts
• Credit Card and petty cash reconciliation, allocation and postings
• Liaise with Managers to obtain monthly Financial Information and analyse cost throughout the division

Profile

• We are looking for someone who is immediately available that can commit to a long term assignment
• You will be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of the duties above
