This is a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant Management Accountant to join a great well-established team in a fantastic business. The job will be part of the Finance Department to provide support to the Financial controller. To keep accurate and up to date records of the company's banking transactions. Support to ensure that the Company reports its financial results in an accurate and timely manner for both internal and external purposes and support managers in maximising the return on resources utilised.
Your new role as Management Accountant:Your duties will include:Your role will require you to assist with the preparation of the monthly management accounts.
Prepare the daily bank reconciliations in GBP, EUR and USD.
Assist in the management and running of our invoice finance facility.
Take part in the monthly service billing cycle.
Take part in the monthly rebates and claims billing cycle.
Managing of balance sheet items.
Reviewing P&L cost items on a regular basis to develop understanding of cast base.
Effectively prepare monthly lead schedules
Liaising with operational teams
General ledger reconciliations
Assisting credit control when required
Other ad hoc projects
The Experience & Qualifications Required:The successful Candidate shall be/have:Driven & ambitious individual who will thrive in a swiftly moving, ever-changing environment
Good computer skills with extensive knowledge of Excel
