Assistant Management Accountant - RG Consultancy Ltd : Job Details

RG consultancy are working with a growing wholesaler based in Manchester who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join them on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop as there is future progression opportunities available.

Duties include:

• General ledger reconciliations
• Accruals & pre-payments
• Monthly preparation and reconciliation.
• Fixed Assets and depreciation
• Monthly and annual review.
• Assist with management account preparation
• Set up new supplier accounts in various currencies
• Sales analysis and investigation
• Forecasting - monthly forecasting of sales, cost of sales and cash flow.
• Budgeting - annual review, reconciliation and investigation of sales, cost of sales and cash flow.
• Production costing and stock valuations.
• Daily posting of all payments in GBP/USD/EUR
• Production variance investigation.
• Liaise with all parties both internal staff and external contracts at all levels, to resolve all aspects of the job.
• Ensure closure of General Ledger within four working days of month end.
