We're looking for someone with management accounting experience, ideally with knowledge of accruals and prepayments, and experience assisting with the preparation of management accounts. If that sounds like you, keep reading!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing management accounts for multiple businesses within the group, including month-end and year-end adjustments.
• Providing insightful commentary on performance to drive decision-making.
• Reconciling control accounts and managing inter-company accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting with year-end audit files and liaising with auditors as needed.
• Supporting forecasting and budgeting processes to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Completing VAT returns in a timely and compliant manner.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid knowledge of accruals and prepayments with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ideally AAT qualified (or working towards it).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and confidence in your accounting abilities.
• Experience with Sage Accounts (or similar software) and a high level of Excel proficiency.
• The ability to manage sporadic tasks and juggle priorities with ease.
