Assistant Management Accountant - Reed : Job Details

Reed Accountancy Oxfordhsire are assisting a new client in recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant to join a small Finance team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis. This role is offering a salary if up to £35,000per annum and this company work fully remotely! This position offers the opportunity to engage in various ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks, contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce flash reports and explain revenue variances to forecast.
• Ensure accurate invoicing to customers and finalise UK revenue figures at month-end.
• Analyse unbilled and deferred revenues
• Match the recognition of direct costs with revenues carefully.
• Produce rolling monthly forecasts for multiple revenue streams
• Input expected sales receipts into cashflow forecasts frequently.
• Prepare monthly debtor and creditor reports.
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Chase overdue debt directly with customers.

The ideal candidate will be studying AAT or ACCA, have a strong analytical mindset, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and be a brilliant communicator.
