The Role

• Lead audits from planning to completion, ensuring high standards of work and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
• Assist with workflow management and resource planning.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and added value for clients.

About You

• ACA/ACCA qualification (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in leading audits, preferably within a practice environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• A strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
