Key Responsibilities:

What we're looking for:

• Retail Experience: Previous experience as a Supervisor, Floor Manager, or Assistant Manager in retail (fashion, accessories, or similar environments)
• Sales Driven: A proven track record of driving performance, meeting KPIs, and improving store sales
• Leadership Skills: Confident in managing and motivating a team, particularly during busy periods
• Customer Focused: Passionate about delivering top-notch service and exceeding customer expectations
• Business Acumen: Ability to drive the store forward and make strategic decisions for success
