A new role has arisen within a private members only Spa/Health Club based closely to Aviation Way, Southend Airport.

The role of assistant Manager is to support the senior management team in the daily running of the club, involving team supervision, staff rotas, members sign ups, guest engagement, marketing on line and information updates to guests of the club.

Its usually around 35-38 hours per week and will involve a shift pattern incorporating 2 weekends per month with days off during the week,
