Assistant Property Accountant - Flora Co Associates Ltd : Job Details

We are exclusively hiring for an Assistant Property Accountant based in Birmingham. This is a great role for anyone who has experience within property accounting and would like to develop over time with a business. This role requires some experience of either service charge accounting or reviewing P&Ls and balance sheet reconciliation within a property management setting. If you would like to develop within a friendly, growing business where you will have the chance to be mentored, this may be the role for you.

Ideally you will:

• Have some experience of working within property accounting either service charge or client accounting
• Be looking for a stable, friendly team where you can develop as the business grows
• Have experience of bank reconciliation (not required but nice to have)
• Be interested in project work; this business is evolving so there will be lots of opportunities!
