Job Description: Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties and ensure the efficient management of day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units. Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs to uphold property standards and ensure tenant satisfaction. Administer tenancy agreements, including lease renewals, rent collection, and handling deposit disputes. Stay updated on relevant legislation and regulations governing the property management industry. Provide regular reports and updates to management on property performance and market trends. Requirements: Previous experience in property management, preferably within an estate agency or property management firm. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi task and prioritise tasks effectively. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to property management. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite. A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
