The Job
- Ensuring that maintenance problems are dealt with effectively and in appropriate timescales
- Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
- Maintaining keys and key register
- Maintain an excellent working relationship with the letting’s team
- Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings branches
- Negotiating with landlord and tenant over the return of disputed deposit deductions
- Manage a database of contractors
- Arranging property inspections
- Supporting the team, being the go-to person for queries and questions
- Setting a standard for processes and compliance and ensuring they are followed by everyone
The Person
- Experienced in property management essential
- Experienced in building and retaining portfolio stock preferred
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form
- Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise workload
- IT Literate
- Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a "can do" attitude with a good sense of humour
- Experienced in supporting a team’s performance and wellbeing
- Arla Qualified (preferred)
The Package
- Basic Salary: £25,500
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am- 5.30pm (2 days 9.00 - 5.00pm). Option of working 1 day per week from home
