You will be working on Cladding Remediation, EWS1, Public and Private Sector and Fire Compliance.Your new role

• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate cost control
• Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor quotations and preparation of payment applications
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and financial reports

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role working with a consultancy
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office)
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

What you'll get in return

• Salary from £30,000 to £35,000 + dependent on experience + package + benefits
• Flexible working up to 2 days per week
• 26 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
