A globally successful construction consultancy are looking for a bright and ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving team in Leeds.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors' role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of an established cost management team, working on a diverse portfolio of leisure, restaurant, commercial, and residential projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and acquisitions.

This role provides comprehensive exposure to the full project lifecycle, equipping you with the experience and competencies needed to achieve your APC and MRICS qualification. You will work closely with clients, proactively managing project costs from initial design to completion, ensuring efficiency and value at every stage.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Confident & client-facing individual
• Previous consultancy experience
• Both pre & post contract experience
