Salary £25,000, OTE £60,000 + Car allowance

Our client is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager with good residential sales experience to join their branch in Greenford. If you live locally and your able to hit the ground running, you could be the right fit for their friendly and motivated team. They will also consider an exceptional Senior Sales Negotiator with 1-2 year’s experience to take on this role. Always aiming to go above and beyond makes them an award-winning branch within the local area. The successful applicant will be:

• Generating new business
• Arranging and attending valuations
• Winning instructions
• Negotiating with vendors and buyers
• Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
• Assist in Leading a team of negotiators
• Setting targets
• Setting and exceeding own targets
• Building and growing the team

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience
• Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement
• Be able to work effectively managing a team
• Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times
• Display high standards of service and presentation
• Have good organisational skills
• Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth
• Be a car owner with a full driving licence
