You will always be looking for ways to drive continuous improvement and initiate new ways of working.As an Assistant Store Manager You will:

• Inspire your team to drive sales growth through excellent people management and inspire the team to hit KPI's.
• Take Leadership of the store and ensure effective floor Management
• Maintain incredibly high standards of visual merchandising
• Lead on Merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Oversea people development programmes for you teams.
