Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads by example to foster a positive work environment, promoting motivation and enhancing staff retention while minimizing turnover.
  • Inspire and motivate daily fostering ownership and accountability.
  • KPI's, CRM, Boutique operations, Reporting daily, weekly, monthly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of Management/Floor Management/Concession Manager / Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a high volume turnover location within fashion/leather goods/accessories, with a large team as well as managing a high level of client experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in retail management, including P&L management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, shrink management, HR & Appraisals, CRM, and payroll administration.
