Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and reports.
• Conducting research and analysis to support planning strategies and proposals.
• Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
• Supporting senior planners in delivering successful outcomes for a diverse range of projects.
• Contributing to site appraisals and feasibility studies.

Ideal Candidate:

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Some previous experience in a planning role (either through work or placement) would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
• An understanding of planning legislation and policies is desirable but not essential.
