Associate Director Medicinal Chemistry - SciPro : Job Details

We are supporting them on their search for an Associate Director - Medicinal Chemistry to join the chemistry leadership team to help transform biological discoveries into groundbreaking small molecule and oligonucleotide medicines. This dynamic role involves leading drug discovery projects, forming and growing a medicinal chemistry group, and driving innovative drug design using cutting-edge techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the chemistry team, supporting the build out of the group
• Develop and execute drug discovery strategies
• Manage collaborations with CROs
• Present research to internal panels

Requirements:

• PhD in Organic Chemistry
• 7+ years of experience in medicinal chemistry within biotech/pharma
• Proven track record in drug discovery
• Significant publications and patents
