We are now working with a leading global investment banking firm based in London. They are now looking to hire an Associate into Consumer and Retail team.

This team advises consumer and retail companies on M&A, capital markets and other corporate finance work.

The role will involve:

- Origination of new deals in the sector

- Full involvement in the deal making process

- Financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation

- Extensive exposure to clients

- Great prospects within the team

They are looking for someone as follows:

- Associates with blue chip investment banks

- Consumer and Retail deal exposure

- Real interest in M&A

- 4 - 6 years exprience
