Associate, Industrials M&A, Investment Bank - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

We are now working with a leading investment banking firm with one of the most successful industrials M&A teams. They have a fantastic reputation in this sector, working with some of the top UK and European private equity funds on their investments. They also a do a lot with corporates who are looking to buy and sell businesses.

The role will work on the origination and execution of mandates for the firm. This will involve financial modelling, valuations, pitching, writing documents and deal execution. The successful candidate can expect to work on deals from inception to completion and have full involvement on transactions.

They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:

- Associate level from other investment banks

- M&A professionals from the major accounting firms (working in M&A, not TS)

- Technically excellent

- The successful candidate does not need industrials experience but does need to have a great deal sheet and be very familiar with the whole transactions process
