Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Associate to join our experienced team. The Associate's responsibilities include registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings and agreeing & progressing offers. We are looking for a hard working, dedicated and proactive applicant that wants to join a very exciting company that is making a name for itself in the local market.

Requirements

• At least one years industry experience
• Must have a driving licence and car
• Excellent communicator and personable
• Organised with great time-management skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of local property market
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies
• Live locally to our office in Cheam Village

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
