Job Description :

Associate - Portfolio Management PERE. OUR CLIENT are a very well-established, global real estate investment company who achieve and retain their reputation through active acquisition and enhancement of high net assets in rapidly developing markets. As they continue to grow, they have created a new position for an Associate to join Portfolio Management/Operational Reporting team on a permanent contract basis. The incumbent will assist with the provision of consistent, accurate and relevant operational reporting and analysis for Europe and will be based in London.

THE ROLE: working on a variety of projects across all regions, the Associate Portfolio Management will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining the asset management database and weekly reporting to the senior management team.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly portfolio performance reports, including the review of all leasing activity, and ensuring the relevant reporting systems and databases are kept up to date.
  • Managing external third-party relationships where necessary including the portfolio property managers.
  • Assisting with quarterly and annual portfolio reporting requirements both internally to the Board and externally to the debt providers and valuers.
  • Providing analytical support as required and assisting on ad-hoc projects as they arise including the automation of reporting and introduction of Power BI reporting tools.

THE PERSON skills and requirements for the Associate Portfolio Management will include:

  • Third level qualification in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Mathematical discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in /experience using the Microsoft Office suite in particular Excel.
  • VBA experience preferrable but not essential. (Training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, team oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Highly organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
