Associate Product Merchandising Manager - Consumer Additions Ltd : Job Details

Consumer additions are partnering with a global team sports licensing firm in the search for an Associate Product Merchandising Manager - Global football. This role is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands with operations in the UK, USA, Australia and European Markets.

Responsibilities:

• You will support the apparel and equipment production creation process for Licensed Football Clubs and Federations Globally
• Be a true multi-tasker who supports, drives and collaborates daily with the product creation team to create and deliver on performance apparel, Licenced Balls, Bags, Headwear and Gloves for both athletes and fans
• Support the Product Merchandising Leads across both Apparel and Merchandising to excite and inspire consumers through functionality and cool products
• Partner with the internal functions from Design, Development, Sports Marketing and Operations in addition to the client facing football teams and Federations
• Ful lifecycle of seasonal product creation from inception; insights - planning - design - development - sourcing - go to market - analytics
• Streamline and further improve the product data management process for the football and equipment category
• Hit key seasonal deadlines with the overall goal to commercialise product timely and ultimately excite consumers

Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 1 year experience within relevant product management, merchandising or sports marketing space
• Must possess intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with managing product management systems / databases / spreadsheets
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to be agile and adaptable for a fast paced, ever-changing environment
• Must have clear, concise and persuasive communication skills
• Ability to build strong partnerships with various key stakeholders and partners
• Knowledge of product creation is preferred
• Experience with working with licensed professional assets is preferred
• Passion for sports is a bonus!
