About the Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will lead and support new customer implementations, ensuring seamless deployment and user adoption of our client’s innovative construction technology solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will deliver technical and functional expertise, fostering solid and long-lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SaaS implementations, ensuring clients experience smooth deployment and full value realisation.
- Conduct presentations for clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating product benefits.
- Serve as the primary client contact, addressing needs and gathering feedback for improvements.
- Deliver training sessions to equip users with essential knowledge.
- Collaborate across departments to address client requirements and create documentation.
- Analyse client business processes, particularly supplychain interactions.
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with leadership to expand client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in management consulting focusing on SaaS or cloud-based implementations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional client relationship and communication skills, with proficiency in presentations.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Commercial acumen with an innovative approach to business.
- AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry experience is a plus.
- French language speaking is a plus.
