The Partners of a forward-thinking Cost Management consultancy are looking for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their incredibly talented and highly regarded team in London.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

As the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take on a leading role, providing full cost consultancy and contract administration services in a client-facing capacity. You'll be working on a variety of exciting residential and commercial (office and fit-out) projects across London and the Southeast.

In addition to your project responsibilities, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in mentoring the Quantity Surveyors within the team, while also collaborating closely with Directors to nurture and strengthen client relationships.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• PQS/Cost management/Consultancy background
• MRICS
• Client facing
• Pre and post cost management experience
• Ideally residential or commercial project exposure
• Contract administration/EA experience would also be a plus
