A rapidly growing Property & Construction Consultancy in Leeds are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to take a leading role in their thriving team.

With a secured pipeline of impressive projects, this is a rare chance to lead and shape the future of a relatively new, but established office.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors' role

As the Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll be at the forefront of delivering a wide range of exciting projects, from commercial new builds and high-rise residential developments to bespoke luxury properties and sports facilities. Projects range in value from £200k to £300m, with a secure pipeline spanning the next few years, including high-profile waterfront apartments, hotels, listed buildings, and large-scale student accommodation.

You will start by managing a diverse project portfolio and, as the workload expands, you will play a key role in recruiting and building your own team. This role is ideal for an ambitious, client-facing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for business development, networking, and nurturing strong client relationships.

This is more than just a job - it's a chance to make a significant impact within a progressive consultancy. Starting as the Sole Quantity Surveyor in the Leeds office, you will have the autonomy and support to shape your own team, with clear progression to Director and beyond.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a PQS firm / Consultancy
• MRICS ideally or currently working towards
• Dynamic, ambitious and client facing
