Associate Quantity Surveyor - Expanding Cambridge Consultancy

A growing and ambitious Quantity Surveying consultancy in Cambridge is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor with a consultancy background to strengthen their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a key leadership role within a firm that is rapidly expanding and delivering high-quality projects across the Healthcare and Residential sectors.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team of eight, managing a diverse portfolio of projects. With over 60 secured projects and new ones continuously coming in, this role offers an exciting mix of challenges and opportunities for career development.

The firm has seen exceptional growth, doubling its turnover this year and on track to do the same again next year. With plans to double the team by the end of 2025, this is an ideal time to join, with clear progression pathways for ambitious professionals looking to take on more responsibility.

In addition to a strong pipeline of work, the firm offers a 10% bonus for securing new business and a 5% retention bonus annually for maintaining strong client relationships. This ensures that contributions to both business growth and client satisfaction are recognised and rewarded.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Associate Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS accredited degree qualification
• Healthcare or Residential experience is highly desirable
• A successful track record leading projects to completion
• Strong pre and post contract experience
• MRICS is highly desirable
• The desire to grow long term with a firm
