Your responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
- Acquiring new business and generating leads.
- Actively reaching out to and qualifying potential candidates through various communication channels.
- Acting as a liaison between clients and candidates, including introductions, interviews, contract negotiations, and on-boarding processes.
- Posting job ads across various job boards.
- Gaining expert knowledge within your market to advise clients and candidates on their hiring or job search needs.
What we're looking for:
- An open personality with strong listening skills to interact effectively with a wide range of people.
- Initial experience or internships in sales is a plus (not required).
- Efficient time management skills to achieve set goals.
- Patience and perseverance to build and succeed in your market over the long term.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships.
- Excellent German and English skills at C1 level.
